The National Government in Spain whois database is submitted with Open Access approaches. The new National Spanish Law 14/2011, of June first, on Science, Technology and Innovation was discharged in 2011 and it contains an article on open access to logical productions: the Article 37 of the law, which is entitled "Open Access Dissemination".
It urges Spanish establishments to invigorate the advancement of open access vaults for the store of the logical yield of their scientists, and to ensure that these storehouses are interoperable with national and global activities.
Likewise, it orders that those Spanish scientists who complete their examination for the most part financed by the National Government will make open a duplicate of the last form of the acknowledged paper as quickly as time permits, and no later than a year after distribution.
